Already stayed here when we got an early flight from Manchester. Lots of free parking and the lady at reception was nice and friendly.

We had an excellent night at Premier Inn. Starting from a friendly receptionist on our arrival, we had a twin room, the beds were comfy and the room was clean. We went to the Oasis concert and this location was perfect for us to stay.

I had an amazing stay at Premier Inn at Altrincham, the staff are very friendly and welcoming! (they went above and beyond) The room was comfortable and very clean upon arrival. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Harry

We booked a room via the Premier Inn website, but after submitting payment, we received no on-screen confirmation and no confirmation email, just a blank page. Typically you would be taken through to a booking confirmation page but nothing; the page remained blank. Naturally, we assumed the booking had failed. It turns out a small typo in the email address caused the email confirmation to be undeliverable. But unlike most booking platforms, Premier Inn’s system doesn’t ask you to confirm your email address twice, nor does it flag potential errors (other websites usually reject incorrect email addresses). No booking reference was shown on screen, and we were given no chance to verify or correct anything. By the time we discovered the booking had actually gone through, we had already arranged alternative accommodation. Despite explaining all this clearly and politely to multiple customer service agents, Olivia, Bori, Nick, and Nathan, we were told the booking was non-refundable with no exceptions, even though we never received confirmation and had no way of knowing the booking existed. We weren’t asking for special treatment: just some basic flexibility or goodwill. But Premier Inn repeatedly refused, despite acknowledging the limitations of their system. This was a significant amount of money for us, and the situation has cost us both financially and in time. It's frustrating to see a well-known brand be so rigid in a situation that clearly stems from a failure of their process, not customer negligence. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we won’t be using Premier Inn again, and we hope others double-check everything twice because their system won't and you won't be forgiven for it.

Not the usual Premier Inn standard. Whole building is tired. Staff were friendly. Bedroom layout is odd meaning actual toilet and bed is maybe 2m apart (with door uncomfortably close) in our room. Decided to to stay for breakfast.
